FAQ's

Window Cleaning:

We recommend having them cleaned every 3-4 months if you like pristine views.  However, for general upkeep, we recommend having your windows cleaned annually. This will prevent debris from settling into your window glass and becoming permanent.

We have a few different methods that we use to give you the best views! We use traditional cleaning methods such as a window scrubber and squeegee along with our eco-friendly cleaning solution. We also use a purified water method with a pole that can extend to up 40 feet. This pole has a nylon brush on it and sprays the purified water onto the glass allowing us to clean high windows that have limited access.

Each house and project are different in size, condition, and accessibility. We always provide free estimates and can even do a virtual estimate where a site visit is not needed.

You may be seeing a sign of a failed window seal. Make sure to check out our Blog post that describes window seal failure in more detail.

If completing exterior window cleaning, we ask for access around the entire home and at least one working outdoor water spigot.  We also ask that all windows are closed and in the locked position and that all pet waste is picked up from the lawn prior to our arrival.

If completing interior window cleaning, we ask that you move all large furniture and items away from the windows. We also ask that you remove all items from the window sills.

Gutter Cleaning:

We recommend having your gutter system cleaned and inspected annually. If you have several trees around your home, you may need to have the gutters cleaned bi-annually to allow the gutters to flow properly all year long.

We remove all of the debris in the gutter system by hand. We then bag all of the debris and dispose of it. Once the large debris has been removed from the gutters, we flush the gutters and downspouts with water to verify that the gutters are sloped properly and the downspouts are flowing freely.

Each house and building differ in size. Also, gutters themselves come in different sizes and shapes. When providing an estimate for gutter cleaning, we simply look at how many linear feet of gutter system you have, the accessibility of the gutters, and their condition.  As always, we provide free estimates and may be able to perform the estimate virtually where no site visit is needed.

We ask that you allow us access to all exterior sides of the home. We also ask that you have at least one working outdoor water spigot and that all pet waste is picked up from the lawn prior to our arrival.

Solar Panel Cleaning:

We recommend having your Solar Panels cleaned annually to keep them working at their peak efficiency. Dirt, dust, debris, and bird droppings will cover the panels and weaken their ability to capture the sunlight.

We clean Solar Panels with a boars hair brush and Purified Water with a zero TDS/PPM reading.  The boar’s hair brush is aggressive enough to scrub and clean the panels without causing scratches and gauges while the purified water rinses the panel clean leaving a spot-free finish.

Each Solar Panel cleaning job is unique. We take into consideration the number of panels, the size of panels, the accessibility of the panels, and their condition when forming an estimate for you. Of course, our estimates are always free and we may even be able to complete the estimate virtually where no on-site visit is needed.

Studies prove that after a professional cleaning is completed; homeowners can expect a 4-9% efficiency gain on their solar panels.

We ask that you allow us access to all exterior sides of the home. We also ask that you have at least one working outdoor water spigot and that all pet waste is picked up from the lawn prior to our arrival.

Power/Soft Washing:

We recommend having your home soft-washed at least once a year, typically after the pollen season. This will keep your home free of debris, allergens, dust, and buildup while making sure that your home is always shining!

We utilize an eco-friendly, bio-degradable cleaning solution that will kill algae at the root and leave your home damage free!

Soft Washing is a technique that we use to clean siding, masonry, vinyl, wood, stucco, and metal without the use of high-pressure water. We clean these surfaces by allowing our cleaning solution to do the hard work and our soft wash tool simply rinses the surfaces clean.

We use our Power Washer to clean concrete driveways, sidewalks, stairs, and ramps. We do NOT use high pressure while cleaning homes or buildings.

This depends on the surface type, size of the surface, and overall condition of the surface. All of our estimates are always free and most estimates can be completed virtually where no on-site visit is needed.

We ask that you remove all furniture and decorations from the surface(s) being cleaned. We also ask that you have an accessible working outdoor water spigot.

We protect your home by covering and taping all outdoor electrical outlets, garage and door keypads, doorbells, cameras, and keyholes. We will also not bring heavy equipment on your lawn or any part of your property due to our equipment being vehicle mounted.
